Checkout security
Payment details are submitted through the store's checkout and processed by the applicable payment provider. Roraliy will never ask you to send a full card number, security code or account password by email.
Charges and currency
Review the order total, shipping charge, taxes and selected currency before confirming payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other fees under its own terms.
Payment authorization
A payment may be declined or require additional verification by your bank or payment provider. If checkout does not complete, confirm that the billing details are correct or contact the payment provider before trying again.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear is controlled by the bank or payment provider. See the Return Policy for return eligibility and refund procedures.
