What to include
- your order number, if the question relates to an order;
- the email address used at checkout;
- the product name or URL;
- a clear description of the issue; and
- photos of an incorrect, damaged or defective item where relevant.
Do not email full payment-card numbers, passwords or other sensitive authentication information.
Order changes and cancellations
Send the request as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. We will review it, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.
Returns
Contact us before sending an item back. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions. Do not return an item to the sender address printed on the parcel unless we specifically direct you to do so.
