1. Using the store

You must use the site lawfully and provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.

2. Product information

We work to present product descriptions, measurements, colors and images accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect how colors appear. Product availability, specifications and packaging may change, and we may correct errors when identified.

3. Prices and payment

Prices and available payment options are shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges and any currency conversion are displayed or applied as required before you confirm the order. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate fees under its own terms.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, pricing errors or shipping restrictions. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, the amount will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather and other circumstances outside our control. Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy form part of these terms and explain the current procedures for delivery, returns and approved refunds.

6. Store content and intellectual property

The site and its text, graphics, branding, photographs, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to Roraliy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, scrape, resell or commercially exploit site content without permission.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display that submission for operating and promoting the store. We may remove submissions that violate these terms.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with the site's security or operation, introduce malicious code, use automated means to abuse the service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, violate applicable law or infringe another person's rights.

9. Third-party services and links

The store may rely on or link to third-party services. Their products, content and practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. LINKSPHERE MEDIA LLC and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these terms or your infringement of another person's rights.

12. Changes, suspension and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend or discontinue parts of the site. Updated terms apply from the date shown above. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or legal rights.

13. General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it. These terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the place where you live.
